Christina is a Training and Development professional with 10+ years’ professional experience. Christina has been recognized for creating successful training programs for both salary and hourly production personnel. She specializes in preparing employees to succeed in the evolving workplace. With diverse knowledge in Corporate, Plant Production, and Retail Management, Christina is a very valued member of the team. Christina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development and is also a Certified TWI “Train the Trainer for Job Instruction” Trainer.
Christina is an active member within her community, as to mentor to 1st generation college students. Christina helps these students embrace their dreams of furthering their education. As a former 1st generation college student herself, she understands the fears and anxiety that comes along with the pride in finding a career path.
